Registration & Uniform fees:
ALL PRICES REFLECT 2011 PRICES...MIGHT CHANGE FOR THE 2012 SEASON
Registration Fee For U-8 thru U-19:
Early Registration (Until May 15)           $75.00
Registration (after June 12)                    $85.00
Late  (June 1-Sept 1)                                $95.00

Registration U-6 Micro Soccer:
Regular                                         $65.00
Late after July 31                         $75.00

(Includes team photo, individual player photo, player instruction, and fun!)

* Recreational Soccer Uniform:
(shirt-, shorts-, socks- ) $30.00 for full kit

Just follow some simple steps....

Step 1: Download the Registration Membership Form here.

Step 2: Make sure that you sign the form in BLUE or RED pen.

Step 3: If you are a NEW player to Sierra Soccer, please provide a photo copy of a valid birth certificate.

Step 4: Please include a good quality 1" x 1" photo of the player with player's name on back. Players may not wear a hat, sunglasses or making hand gestures in the photo.

Step 5: Registration fee; make checks payable to Sierra Soccer Club.

Step 6: Recreational Uniform Order Form & payment, if needed.

Step 7: Mail all completed items to:   SSC PO Box 478, Carmichael, CA 95609
